seems like there's a blended model that can combine the risk / growth of VC with the asset value / liquidity of RE to make a product that is better than the sum of the parts.
This was really eye-opening! I'm building a Coliving space and was actually looking for something like this - a product that is better optimized for the uniqueness of the real estate genre. My project is probably too small for these options but it makes it easier to explain precedent and theory to private investors. 👌
